- Apply toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes. Expel excess toothpaste.

- Apply 2 pumps to a soft bristle toothbrush.
- Gently brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes.

Teeth Whitening Strips with PAP+ Formula
- Thoroughly dry teeth before use. Peel off the long strip and apply a sticky side to the top teeth. Press the strip down firmly and fold it over the back of the teeth to secure it.
- Repeat for a short strip on the bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment. Remove strips and rinse your mouth with water.
- Use PAP+ Strips as often as needed.
